We want your Ankhora Wellness order to reach you as smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long orders take to process, and what to expect from delivery.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we are not able to fulfill orders to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses. P.O. boxes may not be deliverable in some cases depending on carrier restrictions.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier, and is separate from transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Transit Time

We offer one shipping method: U.S. standard ground shipping, typically arriving 3-7 business days after your order ships. The carrier is shown at checkout. We do not offer expedited shipping. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat $5.95 per order for U.S. standard shipping, regardless of order size or destination within the areas we serve. We do not offer a no-cost shipping threshold. If we ever run a promotional shipping offer, its terms will be stated clearly at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can follow your package's progress to your door.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@ankhorawellness.com with your order number so we can help track down your package or arrange a resolution.
