At Ankhora Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact
  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition
  • You must provide your order number and reason for the return

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@ankhorawellness.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not send returns without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund Process and Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ankhorawellness.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time for both transactions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Opened or used products (unless defective or damaged on arrival)
  • Items not purchased directly from ankhorawellness.com
